Panic Attacks.

Hello Again :)
This is quite a personal thing for me to write about, but if your a panic attack sufferer it might help you in some way. If you know someone that suffers from panic attacks I hope after this you might get a better idea of how to show your support. I suffer from Panic Attacks it's almost been 2 years I don't really know what triggers my Panic Attacks. But I'm writing a blogpost to help people who suffer from them, hopefully one day I can go more into depth about it all but for now here's my tips for what you should try to do, and what it is.

What is A Panic Attack?
A Panic Attack is a rush of intense psychological and physical symptoms. These symptoms of Panic can happen very quickly they often happen when your body's afraid.

What Happens?
Adrenaline is released in your body this causes your heart to beat faster, and you're muscles to tense. You breathe really heavily and take in more oxygen which our muscles use to turn sugar into energy.

What Should You Do?
If your out with friends or in school find your nearest exit and exit the room and go back in after you calmed your self down. Or play with something and think about something else. Drink a lot of water. Open up to someone you trust, or a teacher or someone in your family - it sometimes help to just get everything off your chest and just let it all out during these tough times.

What You May Feel:
Very heavy breathing
Dizziness
Pain in your body
Sometimes feel extremely hot, then really cold
Scared
Sweaty

Panic Attack come on every quickly, symptoms usually peaking within 10 minutes. Most Panic Attacks last for 5 to 20 minutes. Those few minutes are super scary, but remember to stay calm - it'll all get better. Stay Strong.
Try to keep those things I mentioned above in mind, they will always help you overcome the fear, and hopefully stop you from getting into a very severe panic attack.
